Students must report to school/classes regularly. Absence without a valid reason or emergency will not be tolerated.

If a student plans to travel, especially outside South Africa, they must inform the college in advance, providing dates of departure and return.

No refund will be given for registration and administration fees.

If a student is absent due to their own reason, they are still required to pay fees in full.

If a student registers for a six-month/1 year period, they must pay fees consecutively for the entire duration.

December fees must be paid in full, despite the school closing on December 23rd for Christmas holidays and New Year.

Payment is due on the 1st of every month.

Late payments may incur penalties like being dismissed from attending class until the fees are paid for that particular month in question.

Students are responsible for adhering to the college's rules and regulations.

The college is not liable for any damage or loss of personal property.

Students must maintain a satisfactory academic record and behaviour.
